Hot honey chicken thighs
the one everyone asked me about 🍯🔥

Serves 4 · Prep: 5 minutes · Cook: 40 minutes · Total time: 45 minutes

For the chicken: 8 bone-in chicken thighs 1.5 lb small potatoes, halved 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper For the hot honey: 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp chili flakes 1 lemon

Make the chicken: Heat the oven to 425°F. Toss the potatoes with half the oil, salt and pepper on a sheet pan. Rub the chicken with the paprika and the rest of the oil, nestle it in skin side up and roast for 40 minutes. It should look almost too dark. Trust me!! Make the hot honey: Warm the honey with the chili flakes for 2 minutes. Spoon it over and squeeze on the lemon. You’re welcome.

A few things you might be wondering.

Can I use it now?

We’re still getting things ready and inviting people in a few at a time. Join the list and we’ll let you know when it’s your turn. You can use Orlo in your browser on your phone or computer, and add it to your home screen.

Is there an iPhone app?

There’s an iPhone app in private testing. It isn’t on the App Store yet, so for now the browser version is the way in, on your phone or computer.

Can I save recipes from Instagram and TikTok?

You can save recipes from social posts by copying the caption. Reading Instagram posts directly, and sharing from an iPhone, are in testing with a small group and aren’t public yet. TikTok isn’t supported.

Is that really how it talks?

The app’s conversations are live. The ones on this page are scripted, so you can try them without an account: the questions and answers are written in advance, and the amounts come from the app’s real code. The voice is AI-generated, in the app and here.

How much does it cost?

We haven’t set a price yet, and there’s no way to pay us right now. We’ll say so clearly before that changes.

Can other people see my recipes?

No. Your cookbook is private to your account, with no public profile, no feed, and no way to publish a recipe. To answer you and read your photos, Orlo sends what it needs to the AI behind it, and the natural voices are AI-generated too.

Can I take my recipes with me?

Yes. You can export your whole cookbook as a file whenever you like, or erase it for good.

Ready to do something with all those saved recipes?

Bring them to Orlo. We’ll help with the rest.
